Buoy

Terms of Use

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms apply when you use this site (the "site"), run by the Buoy team. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

What Buoy is

The site is an interface to Raydium's programs on the Solana blockchain, plus the Buoy services that run around them. It helps you build transactions, which you review and sign in your own wallet. We never hold your wallet's funds or keys, can't reverse or cancel a transaction, and don't act as your broker, adviser or agent.

Buoy does hold one thing: the trading fees that coins earn for the platform, their holders and their creators. Our bots claim those fees into wallets we control and pay each share out from there, as described in the Docs. Until a share is paid, it sits in those wallets. When you launch a coin, our server also signs the launch transaction (for the coin's address and its fee wallet) before you sign it.

Risks

Coins launched on Buoy are highly speculative and can lose all of their value. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a promise of profit. Fee shares, holder rewards and trader airdrops depend on trading activity, can be small or nothing, and their rules may change. Payouts depend on Buoy's bots and wallets working as described: they can be delayed, fail or have bugs. Blockchains, wallets, RPC providers and third-party services can fail or be delayed. The Risks section of the Docs lists more. Only use money you can afford to lose.

Tokenized stocks and third-party tokens

Coins are paired with tokenized stocks issued by third parties (such as xStocks, Sunrise and PreStocks), not by the companies themselves and not by us. Those issuers set their own terms: they can pause, freeze, move or burn their tokens, and some don't offer them in certain countries (xStocks, for example, aren't offered to US persons). A coin is not a share and gives no rights in any company, and Buoy isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Coins are created by their creators, not by us, and we don't vet them.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your wallet and keys, for checking what you sign, for any taxes, and for following the laws and the token issuers' terms that apply where you live. Don't use the site for anything illegal, including fraud, market manipulation, money laundering or sanctions evasion, and don't launch coins that impersonate people or companies, infringe others' rights, or contain illegal content. We may hide such coins, or anything else, from the site.

No warranty, limited liability

The site and the software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Buoy team is not liable for any loss or damage from using the site, the software or any token, including lost funds, lost profits, or losses caused by bugs, outages, third-party tokens or other users.

Changes

We may change the site, the platform's settings or these terms. The date above shows the latest version.

Privacy

There are no accounts, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies. When you connect a wallet, the site reads public on-chain data for its address. Everything you do on chain, including launches, trades and the leaderboard, is public by nature. Images and details you add when launching a coin are stored by Buoy and served publicly from this site, because the coin's on-chain metadata points to them. Our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Neon) and the services the site relies on (Helius, Jupiter) process standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site. We don't sell personal data.
